About This Blog

The Yoga Calm® Blog is an informal companion to our main site, yogacalm.org – a place for sharing information about yoga for kids and yoga in the classroom; tips for using Yoga Calm; stories of Yoga Calm in practice from the teachers, counselors and others who use it; and, of course, news about the program, new workshops, teaching tools and the like.

Lynea and I encourage you to use the comments to let us know your own experiences with Yoga Calm – how you’ve used it, the results you’ve seen, the challenges and the blessings that come with helping children learn how to develop healthy life choices and skills. For your input not only helps us in continually improving Yoga Calm; it also helps others – not just those who are using Yoga Calm but those just now thinking about using yoga-based activities in their work with kids.

If you’d like to contact us directly, you can e-mail us at info-at-yogacalm-dot-org.

Namaste.
